To try something unique, sample this refined martini-inspired drink. It’s light, aromatic and sippable, and pairs nicely with a few chunks of parmesan.
Japanese-Inspired Martini
Serves 1
30ml gin – opt for a crisp gin variety
15ml Lillet Blanc – a light, herbal fortified wine
15ml sake – a light, medium-bodied one, ideally
Measure the gin, Lillet Blanc and sake into a shaker, include a generous scoop of ice and stir for 30 seconds to chill well. Strain into a well-chilled martini glass and serve.
