Site plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Also included in this latest document drop seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up plans to transform the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and contains a key labelling different parts of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
